Yuan Ze University (YZU), was founded in 1989 as the Institute of Technology through a private endowment fund given by Mr. Yu-Ziang Hsu, the founder of the Far Eastern Group. YZU has transformed into a comprehensive university in 1997 and soon became a top quality institution in Taiwan’s higher education.
YZU offers leading programs in the Colleges of Engineering, Informatics, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, Electrical and Communication Engineering, and Graduate Institute of Medicine. And all of these colleges started the International Programs for Bachelor degree from 2017 academic year to provide more international education programs for students.
